KODZYN v8 Control Panel

Node orchestrator (Express + BullMQ + Redis), Postgres state, LLM router with free-tier failover, and this Next.js surface for approvals and configuration.

• Test lead → webhook → task → worker → draft → approvals.
• Settings merges keys into the server .env.

Infra: docker compose -f infra/docker-compose.yml up -d from repo root with .env present. Then cd backend && npm run db:push.
